How long does the audit take?
From our discovery call to delivery of your strategy document, the full process typically takes about one week.
What platforms do you work with?
I work primarily with HubSpot, Klaviyo and MailChimp, but I can adapt to most major email marketing platforms.
What do you need from me?
We’ll have our initial call and then I’ll request temporary access to your email platform so I can review campaigns, flows, and segmentation..
Do you implement the changes?
That’s totally up to you. The DIY Audit gives you a clear plan to implement yourself, while the Done-for-You option includes full implementation of the recommendations.
Do I need to provide content or images?
Yes, yes, yes!! This is going to make our partnership so much smoother. If you already have branded photography or assets, I’ll use them. If not, I can source royalty-free images or recommend a designer/photographer for custom visuals.
Can we keep working together after the audit?
Absolutely! Many clients choose to move into a monthly retainer for ongoing strategy, campaigns, and optimization once they see the results of the audit.
