Do I need to prepare anything?
Yes! Before the session I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out. The more info (emails, flows, current metrics, what you’ve tried), the better I can help you..
What if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong?
That’s totally fine, that’s why you’re booking this session! Your questionnaire and our conversation will help me spot the gaps and opportunities even if you’re not sure where to start.
Do you need access to my ESP before the call?
Nope! We can work from what you share in the questionnaire and screen-share during the session. This will help me really see what’s going on and take a look at your metrics, emails, and segments.
Do I have to do any prep work before the call?
Just the quick pre-session questionnaire and any metrics, recent emails, or questions you’d like to share. It usually takes 10–15 minutes.
What if I need more help after the session?
You can book another Clarity Hour anytime or move into a deeper Email Audit or Retainer package if you’d like hands-on implementation.
Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Because I reserve the time just for you, sessions are non-refundable.
